Simple System

The web design services that we offer make everything as simple as possible.  Our technicians are very easy to understand and we take a lot of time in making sure you understand our services and whether or not your company needs the use of them.  During the stages of becoming an MTK Designs client, you are fully aware of everything we offer, the system under which we preform, and the promise of answering your contact request and needs in a very timely manner, whether for web design, graphics, printing, search engine optimization, social media marketing, or our one-of-a-kind complete internet marketing plan (details available by calling our office at 772-266-4079).

This system goes in this simple order:

• Initial Consultation:  One on One meeting with a Web Specialist who will discuss options for improving your existing website, building a new website or integrating a service to an existing or new website.
• Contract Meeting:  After you have decided on the service or services you wish to purchase, a custom contract is created for you by your technician.  MTK Designs does not believe in Annual Contracts, and to end a contract requires a simple written termination request to end your services.
• Work Begins:  Once MTK Designs processes your contract and receives a down payment of 40%, we begin work on the services you have purchased.
• Work is Completed:  Whether a website or SEO Campaign, MTK Designs sets a strict dead line for finishing the setup or complete design of a purchased service.  If the service was a custom website, we provide a copy of the website on disc or log in information for the content management service.  If the service purchased is a graphic, we offer printing services and/or you may receive the graphic on a personal flash drive device or CD.  If the service is SEO you will receive weekly and monthly reports on your campaign.
